Refund Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how Quick-S handles subscription cancellations, refund requests, duplicate charges, and technical access issues. This policy is a practical starting point and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public commercial launch.
Subscriptions
Quick-S may offer monthly and annual subscription plans. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the payment provider or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund charges already paid for the current billing period.
General Refund Rule
Unless required by applicable law, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable after purchase. Quick-S may review refund requests case by case, especially for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, unresolved technical access issues, or other unusual circumstances.
Refund Request Window
If you believe a refund is appropriate, contact support@quick-s.app within 14 days of the charge. Include the email address used for purchase, order number if available, subscription plan, charge date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
Duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, or incorrect plan purchases may be eligible for review. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment provider.
Technical Issues
If Quick-S cannot be activated or used because of a confirmed product or account issue that support cannot resolve within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered. Refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the issue, usage history, and applicable payment provider rules.
Payment Provider
Payments and refunds may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy. Refund timing, card network processing, tax handling, and payment reversal availability may depend on the provider, bank, card network, and country.
Plan Downgrades
If a paid subscription is canceled, the account may return to the Free plan after the paid period ends. Free plan limits, report watermarking, and report quota rules may then apply.
Abuse
Quick-S may refuse refund requests associated with misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized account sharing, attempts to bypass licensing controls, or other violations of the applicable terms.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
