Terms of Use

Last updated: June 28, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to the Quick-S website and related software information made available through this site. These terms are a practical starting point and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public commercial launch.

Use of the Website

You may use this website to learn about Quick-S, request support, review pricing information, and access download information. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

Software License

Quick-S software is provided under the applicable license terms supplied with the software, trial, purchase, or written agreement. Free, Personal, Professional, and Enterprise Offline licenses may have different limits, permitted uses, and renewal terms. Unless expressly allowed by the applicable license, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share license keys, bypass, disable, tamper with, or circumvent licensing, activation, feature-limit, subscription, payment, download, or technical protection controls, or use the software outside the licensed scope.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from Quick-S except where expressly permitted by the applicable software license, third-party open-source license terms, or mandatory law.

The Free plan is limited to loading up to 2 S2P or S4P files at one time, applying 1 limit line at a time, and generating 10 PDF reports with a watermark. Free access does not include generating new Touchstone files, project save/load, limit-line library save/load, Reference limit-line templates, custom report branding, or Report Generator config save/load. These limits may change as the product evolves.

Personal licenses unlock standard analysis and output features while retaining Quick-S branding restrictions, including no custom report title/logo and no Report Generator config save/load functionality. Professional licenses may include custom report title/logo controls and Report Generator config save/load functionality, while the required Quick-S report footer remains. Enterprise Offline licenses may include company-managed reference limit-line templates, offline activation, and controlled company report branding under a separate quote or agreement. Published prices may include monthly and annual options and may change over time.

Engineering Results and User Responsibility

Quick-S is a signal integrity analysis tool. Results, plots, reports, compliance checks, RLGC extraction, TDR/TDT analysis, cascade operations, port operations, and reference models are provided to assist engineering review. You remain responsible for validating inputs, assumptions, specifications, measurement quality, simulation quality, design decisions, manufacturing decisions, and certification requirements.

Reference templates, example limit curves, generated reference models, and material presets are provided only as illustrative engineering conveniences. They are not official compliance limits, standards, certifications, or manufacturer-approved models. You are responsible for verifying all limits, material properties, stackups, assumptions, and generated models against the applicable official standard, customer requirement, manufacturer datasheet, and your own engineering process.

User Content

You are solely responsible for all data, file names, project names, notes, specifications, labels, report text, configuration values, and other content you enter into or generate through Quick-S. Quick-S does not review, approve, endorse, or verify user-provided content. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use any data or content entered into the software or submitted through the website.

You may not use Quick-S to create, process, or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, confidential, export-controlled, or otherwise unauthorized content.

No Warranty

The website and any information provided on it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick-S disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick-S will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, engineering time, production schedules, or certification outcomes arising from use of the website or software information.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, sublicense, mirror, scrape, extract, or reuse Quick-S website materials, product materials, installers, application files, documentation, reports, logos, or branding except as expressly allowed by these Terms, the applicable software license, third-party license terms, written permission, or mandatory law.
